Why is PDQ's dry carpet cleaning method so effective?
Because we do not use the traditional method of "soap & water", we do not have to be concerned with over saturating your carpet. PDQ can clean your heavily soiled areas 2 or 3 times in the same visit if need be.
What do I need to do prior to my scheduled appointment?
PDQ suggests that you vacuum before our arrival to remove visible debris or pet hair. If you want occasional furniture moved like coffee tables or end tables, you must remove all breakables. Please let our technician know specifically what you would liked moved. We do not move beds, china cabinets, stereo or television equipment, etc.
Does dry carpet cleaning remove pet urine?
PDQ treats urine with an aggressive treatment designed to kill the bacteria in urine. It is extremely effective. However, be aware that certain diets and medicines can effect the outcome of treatment.
Does PDQ use sub contractors?
No our technicians are company employees and are professional is every manner.
